You can cancel your Personal tier subscription at any time from the Settings menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge if the service did not work as described. To request a refund, email support@textportal.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
