textPortal ("we", "us") provides a real-time text relay service at textportal.app. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use textPortal to transmit illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without notice.
You retain ownership of content you transmit through textPortal. We do not store session content beyond the active session window. Personal tier canvas content is stored encrypted and accessible only to you.
The Personal tier is billed at $2 USD/month or $15 USD/year via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
